Megan’s Law not enforced in Pennsylvania

A sexual deviant, by the name of George Feigley, was released from a Pennsylvania prison Friday but won't be required to register as a sex offender.

He was convicted in 1975 on charges including statutory rape, indecent assault and corrupting the morals of minors. Authorities, at the time, thought this was enough bad behavior to put him behind bars, but evidently they now think it is not bad enough behavior to keep an eye on him, as the law dictates.

Feigley set up a religious group, the Neo American Church, which authorities have called a sex cult, operated a school in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, that police said was a front for sexual activity. And he still believes in the church’s manifesto: “We hold that the changes called creation and procreation are divine and that human sexuality is to humans the most available expression of that function of divinity," according to community activist Scott Portzline, who has researched Feigley's history and that of the group. "Sexual activity is the greatest act a human can do."

Activities that were brought up during his trial included beating children for letting anyone but fellow cult members see them, and their genitals were pierced with a lock to be controlled by Feigley, who called himself "The Light of the World." Children also were photographed in graphic sexual poses.

Prison authorities said he was attempting to direct sexual activity involving children by telephone from prison which means a prison term did little to nothing to curb his deviant appetite nor did it convince him that what he did was inhuman. In 1976, Feigley escaped from a Pennsylvania prison and was free for two years before being found living in West Virginia but escaped again from a local jail and was recaptured by the FBI. After all of this, Pennsylvania did not see any reason to extend his prison term. Now that he is free of prison, free of parole constraints, and free of legal surveillance of any kind, he can freely go back to his old ways, which there is every indication that this is exactly what he is going to do.

Feigley "never admitted what he did was wrong," said John Goshert of the Dauphin County district attorney's office, who interviewed him last week as part of a pre-release program.

Neighbors organized a protest against Pennsylvania’s leniency in front of Feigley’s Harrisburg home and the church headquarters, where is wife Sandra still lives. She was convicted in 1975 on one count of corrupting the morals of minors. She served a brief prison sentence, according to the Patriot-News and since then has operated a Web site ostensibly aimed at benefiting state, local and federal prison inmates. The site has a lengthy section with articles discussing sex in prison and elsewhere. Some of them are written by George Feigley, using his own name and some of his aliases.

Here is some of the trash that these people espouse: “Thanks to the Christian crazies who were and are so influential in this country, America has criminalized more sexual conduct than any other Western nation," says an article on the site, which does not name an author. "It's a neurosis. As a result, there are a lot of 'sexual offenses.' " Another article bearing George Feigley's alias of G.G. Stoctay, Ph.D., and included in Portzline's research says, "There is nothing injurious to sexuality. It's good and pleasant, not an evil. Children exposed to it are simply not injured."

Okay, there is nothing injurious to sexuality, in and of itself, and sex is good and pleasant, but these two twists have taken human sexuality between consenting adults and morphed it into something evil to be used to control children.

Megan’s Law, also known as Sexual Offender Act of 1994, requires persons convicted of sex crimes against children to notify local law enforcement of any change of address or employment after release from custody (prison, psychiatric facility). The notification requirement may be imposed for a fixed period of time - usually at least ten years - or permanently. However, Pennsylvania feels that any sexual offender convicted prior to the enactment of this law should not have to suffer under its rule.

According to Wikipedia, this law was amended May 17, 1996 to include provisions requiring community notification. Authored by Congressman Dick Zimmer, it required every state to develop a procedure for notifying the public when a person convicted of certain crimes is released near their homes. The law has been amended several times since the original bill, and different states have different procedures for making the required disclosures.

The letter of this law is clear. Pennsylvania, for some unknown reason, has taken the morally reprehensible action to ignore the intents and purposes of it and have wiped their hands clean of any responsibility for this subhuman.

Dauphin County Pennsylvania should be ashamed of itself for its actions, or rather lack of action in this case. Neighbors fear for their children’s safety, so, clearly the public is upset about this, and still Pennsylvania does nothing.

Be Aware-Feds Will Snoop Through Your Files

The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has ruled that customs officers can take whatever it wants from your laptop, digital camera and cell phone when you come across the border into the U.S. Courts have also ruled that an international airport is the equivalent of a border.

The unanimous decision of three appellate judges compares electronic equipment to luggage and states that a "piece of property simply does not implicate the same dignity and privacy concerns as highly intrusive searches of the person," therefore whatever customs agents find during their search, ostensibly for the purpose of finding evidence of possible terrorist ties and illegal contraband, can be used to build a criminal case against the owner.

What brought the issue to the attention of the courts was the discovery of apparent child pornography images on Michael Timothy Arnold’s laptop as he attempted to pass through customs at Los Angeles International Airport in July 2005 from the Philippines. Customs officials contend that the search was routine and therefore not subject to Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches. He was later arrested for possession of the images which were brought up in the resulting court case. Defense lawyers said the images were inadmissible citing probable cause issues and the ruling was later appealed and overturned.

In the original court case, U.S. District Judge Dean D. Pregerson of the Central District of California, ruled that government officials must have reasonable suspicion under the Fourth Amendment to search someone's laptop at U.S. borders and denied suit against the defendant. This case was the first within the area of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to address whether searching a person's laptop is more than routine and therefore subject to the search and seizure protections of the Fourth Amendment. U.S. v. Arnold, No. 2:05-cr-00772 (C.D. Calif.).

Common sense should tell you that if you have anything you don’t want the feds to see, such as sensitive or confidential company related data, that you should probably store it one of the many online storage services available, search: online storage.

The bottom line here is that every federal inspector is just itching to be the one to ‘catch’ the next terrorist mastermind. They perform their job suspecting everyone and the courts say they don’t need probable cause. If they can weed out the perverts in the process so much the better. There isn’t much hope for the stupid ones anyway.

Sure, you don’t have to give up your password but the feds will not be denied.

Robert A. Singer-child pornographer

Here is another depraved adult who needs to learn how to live amongst civil society.

Mr. Singer, 49, was the chief operating officer at the National Children’s Museum in Washington D.C.

This scum bag was caught distributing child pornography over the internet from his employers computer.

He had the audacity to bring his vile tools of his depraved sick mind to his place of employment and sully the reputation of an institution that brings education and culture to children.

Does this indicate that there might be others at the National Children’s Museum that sympathize with his sick proclivity to children?

The Washington museum posted a message on its Web site saying officials there are "horrified" by news of Singer's arrest. They reported that he has been suspended from his post, effective immediately, and is barred from the property.

Singer, 49, was arrested at his home in Falls Church, Virginia, by federal agents, according to the prosecutors' statement. Authorities allege he engaged in several instant messaging "chats" and e-mail communications with the undercover detective, posing as the woman and her daughter, from August to September.

If I had a picture I would surely post it here so the world knows what depravity looks like.

Krystle Leigh Weber, today’s worst mother in the world

The mother of a two-year-old Wisconsin boy shared a marijuana blunt with her child as friends laughed, filmed the child smoking, and asked, "Hey buddy, are you stoned?" Krystle Leigh Weber, 20, was charged yesterday along with two male friends with pot possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

She was also hit with a child neglect rap, also a misdemeanor. (can you believe child neglect is only a misdemeanor?) According to a Circuit Court complaint, after a confidential source told police about the smoking incident, cops seized a cell phone from defendant Sean Held, 19, and discovered three videos of the August incident.

At least someone associated with this group showed some moral integrity.

On the clips, the boy is seen holding and apparently puffing on a blunt, and "staggering around a bedroom in what appears to be a confused and altered state."

In a police interview, Weber, who is pictured here in a Menomonee Falls Police Department mug shot, said that she initially rejected Held's suggestion to have her son "hit it," but eventually relented and agreed to let the two-year-old take a "small one."


The complaint notes that Weber told police that she "knew what she did was wrong, and she would do anything to keep her son." I’m calling bullshit.

Update: John David R. Atchison, child predator

John David R. Atchison, Assistant U.S. Attorney from Florida, accused of flying to Detroit to molest a 5-year-old girl committed suicide in his cell Oct 5, 2007 in federal prison.

He was arrested last month at Detroit Metropolitan Airport after weeks of Internet conversations between the prosecutor and a detective posing as the mother of a 5-year-old girl.

Atchison was carrying presents for the girl, including a doll and hoop earrings, and also had sexual materials, including petroleum jelly.

This guy was a deviant, and it is good to know that at least one of the reportedly thousands of these perverts can no longer destroy our children’s lives for their own pleasure.

Atchison, a married father of three, was an assistant U.S. attorney in northern Florida, based in Pensacola. Gulf Breeze, Fla., residents have described him as a respected figure who coached girls' softball and basketball in a park a few blocks from his home.

A statement released Friday by his lawyer, James Thomas, said Atchison had "done a lot of good in his life."

"Unfortunately, he is going to be judged by his most recent charges and what we have read in the media, and not by the goodness, hard work or by the love of his family," the statement read.

This lawyer is an example of what is wrong with lawyers, he has the audacity to say how it is 'unfortunate' that John David R. Atchison’s sick behavior will be remembered.

His perverted, deviant behavior overrides any “goodness, hard work or by the love of his family”. He was a predator, Mr. Thomas. You should re-think your allegiances before siding with such a monster.

Putting on a show of goodness and hard work will never make what he attempted to do less damaging and abhorrent. I am certain there are children out there that he has ruined through his filthy, monstrous desires.

I say good riddance to this slime ball.

John David R. Atchison, child predator

Another low-life, scum-bag federal employee who abused our trust. This guy is an assistant U.S. attorney from the northern district of Florida when he was caught by an undercover police officer posing as a mother offering her 5-year-old child to Atchison for sex.

According to authorities, Atchison made contact with a detective working undercover for the Macomb County Michigan Sheriff's department's.

In deposition, detectives said Atchison suggested the mother tell her daughter that "you found her a sweet boyfriend who will bring her presents."

The undercover detective expressed concern about physical injury to the 5-year-old girl as a result of the sexual activity. Detectives said Atchison responded, " I am always gentle and loving; not to worry, no damage ever, no rough stuff ever. I only like it soft and nice."

The undercover detective asked how Atchison can be certain of no injury. He responded, "Just gotta go slow and very easy. I've done it plenty," according to detectives.

Atchison, a member of the Florida bar association since 1984, lives in Gulf Breeze, Fla., near Pensacola.

He is president of the Gulf Breeze Sports Association, a youth athletics organization.

He described himself online as a family man. His wife is a science teacher at Gulf Breeze High School.

The Macomb County Sheriff's Department and the FBI were a part of the investigation.

Lenient judges are killing us

Headline says "Vick court known for tough sentencing".

Why isn’t every court ‘known for tough sentencing’? That is what they are in place for. They are not there to protect the accused, as so many liberal judges and advocates think. They are in place to protect society.

If they followed the letter of the law, as our paid ‘servants’ the lawmakers wrote them then anyone who broke the law would fear the court system. This is as it should be. Instead, the lawyers know they have a very good chance of manipulating the court system to their advantage thereby allowing their low-life, law-breaking clients to receive lenient sentencing.

The law is not supposed to be a crap-shoot. You judges need to get your act together and start handing out justice with the common law-abiding citizens in mind. These law breakers don’t just make mistakes, they bloody well know they are breaking the law.

We have so few good law enforcement agents that these law breakers know it is worth the gamble to do the crime because there is so little chance of getting caught and if they do get caught the court system is so lenient with bleeding-heart liberal judges that they are willing to take their chances.

There is no incentive to not break the law.

‘Maryland Circuit Court Judge Katherine Savage recently set a child rapist free because she was too busy downloading Melissa Etheridge MP3s to walk down to the community college and scare up an interpreter for her trial.’

‘Justice’ Savage also noted (off the record) that she was sad that she never really got to know Mahamu, the accused. Perhaps it was just a tribal family custom’.

Can you believe that a woman would bow to this man’s family customs of raping a seven-year-old girl? Where is your human dignity madam? Where is your sense of human rights? How dare you masquerade as a judge? How dare you call yourself an American.

This man was turned over to authorities by his family members for this crime against humanity. And this poor excuse for a judge allowed this scum-bag bastard to go back home. And then she has the nerve to excuse his behavior because it might have been a tribal custom?!?! Why hasn’t she been kicked off the court bench and thrown in jail for endangering our children?!?! Why isn’t anyone else outraged about this?!?!

‘Savage also lamented the fate of the 7-year-old girl. If the girl’s mother had exercised her right to choose, none of this bad publicity would have ever happened, she sighed’. This stupid, poor excuse for a woman pretends to care about the fate of the 7-year-old girl?? And then blames the mother and writes it off as ‘bad publicity’?!

This story is that this man walked because an interpreter could not be found. I say that is bullshit. He came from a country where English is spoken fluently, he went through high school and community college. He speaks the English language. He conveniently uses his nationality to hide behind when it is in his best interest to do so and this ignorant judge allowed him to do it.

The signal that we citizens are given is that this piece of human waste is afforded more protection under the legal system than his 7-year-old victim.

Does anyone out there see how this is fair??? Can anyone believe that this court system is working?!? Oh right, the ACLU. Talk about a bunch of ‘do good’ individuals who pat themselves on the back every day because they are fighting the ‘good fight’ to protect the rights of the accused.

This particular accused was turned in by his own family. His guilt has already been determined. We do not need to waste the courts time on this low-life. He needs to go directly to jail along with a few medical procedures I would be happy to sign off on. He should not be deported, because our immigration ‘service’ would just let him back into the country where he will do this despicable act again.

And here is another story that was all over the news. Jose Carranza, 28, also known as Jose Larchire, an illegal immigrant (he told the judge through an interpreter that he has no social security number, major red flag judge) was named as the principal suspect in the slaughter that outraged Newark New Jersey when he and three others lined up four college students and shot them execution style. This low-life (another reason for cracking down hard on illegal immigrants) had been ‘set free’ on two separate cases. He had been indicted by Essex County grand juries twice this year: once in April on aggravated assault and weapons charges; and once in July on 31 counts, including aggravated sexual assault of a child under 13 years old and endangering the welfare of a child he had a duty to supervise, court records show. This child, by the way, was 4-years-old!?!?

Why is it that these damn judges think that it is okay to let these obviously lying, sack-of-crap, poor excuse for humans to walk on the ‘promise’ of returning to face punishment for their crimes. Are these judges so blinded in their liberal belief that all humans should be trusted no matter what proof to the contrary is staring them in the face??? Are they so convinced that these ‘fine upstanding citizens’ will honor anything they say??? Do these judges truly believe that these low-lifes are so scared of the courts that they will return just because the court says so?!!?

Wake up judges!!! Your words and threats mean nothing to someone who will rape a child. Your words and threats are lost on someone who carries weapons for the sole purpose of giving themselves power over others in order to get what they want when they want it.

How many other innocent people have to be murdered before you stop allowing this trash back on the streets???

And to add to all of this insanity is the bail bondsmen. These slimy opportunist put up money for these dirt-bags in the hopes that they will realize some financial gain.

The additional sadness surrounding the senseless deaths of these three college students who were poised to be beneficial to this society, as opposed to the vermin who so callously chose to end their lives, is that Carranza should have been, without question, held on the previous charges. This is a case where yet another judge failed our society. Now the blood of these four victims is on that judges hands.

Since our court system is not protecting us and not looking out for our citizens well-being, we citizens should demand the right to take justice into our own hands. We should be allowed to drag these scum-bags through the street ripping their flesh from their bones until they die.

But no, that same court system will find us guilty of murder and ‘make examples of our vigilante justice’ and throw us in jail for life.

Both of these cases are examples of why we should not have a bilingual education system. Make them learn our language if they want to live here.

But both of these cases reach so much deeper than a bilingual education system, it is about bleeding-heart liberal judges who think they are doing the right thing for our society in showing leniency to these scum-bags, who so clearly do not deserve it.

By these liberal judges ‘playing nice’ to each of these Neanderthals on a one-on-one basis, they are victimizing a much larger segment of our population. Each time these judges show these vermin leniency they are creating more victims. If these judges don’t have the guts to show that our legal system should be taken seriously then get them off of the bench now!!

Somebody, please put a stop to these judges crimes against society.

Sensors to tell you that you forgot your child?

This is just unbelievable. Someone is advocating that car makers put sensors in new cars to remind parents that they ‘forgot’ their child in their car.

This is so ludicrous, that it is laughable.

This someone is Janette Fennell, president and founder of Kids and Cars. She founded this company because there are stupid adults out there passing themselves off as ‘caring’ parents who are leaving their kids in cars to die from hypothermia and heat exhaustion. I’ll bet if they left a pet in their car they would at least leave the window down a little bit for them.

I think it is great that someone wants to do something to prevent this tragedy from happening in the future. But forcing everyone to pay a higher price for a new car because some careless twit cannot be bothered to ‘remember’ they have a child is just wrong.

Educate these ‘clueless’, ‘careless’ adults. Punish these ‘neglectful’ stupid people who obviously don’t take parenting seriously enough to raise a child. Don’t give them some device to blame their ‘short-comings’ on when they ‘forget’ their own child.

Their 'forgetfulness' is ‘reckless homicide’ plain and simple.

There are already devices on the market to remind these selfish morons that they have a child in their car.

I cannot imagine being so caught up in anything else that I would forget my child in my car. This is the height of self-involvement.

First of all, if this parent was truly ‘caring’ how could they ever possibly ‘forget’ they have a child in their car? How the hell can this ‘accidentally’ happen?

Slaying suspect Bobby Lee Cutts Jr. abused his kids.

Why isn’t more being done about anger management? If this guy Cutts had learned respect for other peoples lives he would not have been in the position to kill his ex-girlfriend and their unborn child. If he had been forced to take action to control his anger and his abusive tendencies, then this woman would be alive and this ‘police officer’ would not be on his way to prison where we are all going to have to support him. Society lost two productive members, (three when you count the fetus), a police force and community lost an law enforcement officer, two families lost a father, albeit not a very loving one, and one family lost a son. And don’t give me that ‘alleged’ crap because he already confessed, even though his lawyer will tell him to lie in court to the judge and say he is not guilty.

Months before this tragedy happened, a California court suspended contact between him and his 9-year-old daughter based on evidence that he was emotionally and physically abusive, court documents show. Why wasn’t he directed to get help to control his abuse in addition to being told he can’t see his kid? Was his employer warned of his tendencies? I doubt it. I’m sure the courts hands are tied from going that far. And I’ll wager that they are happy with the fact that they are not ‘required by law’ to take those steps. What about ‘moral law’. Nobody wants to hear about that.

This, by the way, is how this society handles all problem individuals, beginning in grade school where they just push them on to the next grade. Actually, beginning at home where parents push the kids off to school to let them try to teach children the things that should have been taught before they ever reached school age. After school everyone involved hopes the person just goes away so they no longer have to ‘deal’ with the problem. Put it off on someone else. It has become the American Way. No one takes responsibility, especially not the offending person. When are states going to start talking to each other so that these court decisions will follow an individual no matter where they move?

If something had been in place to follow this person into the next relationship then his future partner would have been warned of his abusive past, then she and any future off-spring would not have been victims of his abuse.

Aren’t most murders done at the hands of someone the victim knows? Aren’t most murders done as the result of anger? Doesn’t it make sense then that anger management should become a top priority of this society in order to protect itself from members who cannot control their anger?

Why don’t we have answers to any of these questions?

A person doesn’t become emotionally and physically abusive overnight, people in this mans past had to have seen this coming for years. Why don’t we have some means of forcing this man to take control of his life so that he stops trying to control other peoples lives? We as a society have to take control of his life for the safety of others because he is not doing it on his own. Now, the court’s and the penal system will be forced to do what we did not. Surely it would have been far less expensive in the long run to have taken action before he got this far. I’m not just talking about financial costs here, people would still be alive if we had taken action.

Somebody who knew this person, Cutts, knew that abuse was taking place. Somebody in a position to step in and say something to him or had the opportunity to say something to authorities to at least look into it. Everyone who knew it and did nothing is partly culpable for her death.

And then we have the typical comments from the killers stepmother "A lot of people are looking at him like a bad person, but he's not, he really isn't." To this I say, “wake up lady!” you obviously don’t know this guy. The California court system sees it, now the rest of the world sees it, when are you going to see it?

Society’s Cancer: Sex and Violence

I recently read that sex offenders are younger and more violent.

An Associated Press review of national statistics found, and treatment professionals say the offenders are getting younger and the crimes more violent.

Does this finally, once and for all, show you foolish, selfish adults out there how children learn from their parents? It should. Children learn everything from adults until they get into school where they also learn from other children (who themselves have learned from the adults they have been exposed to).
I find it very difficult to believe that children just pick this behavior up on their own. It is shown them, they learn it from adults.

Does this finally illustrate how adults need to take more responsibility for their actions concerning children? I hope everyone sees this and somehow, by some miracle begin to show children that the adult world does not have to be a mean, hateful, self-gratifying place to live.

There are good, caring, loving parents. They do exist. There are not nearly enough of them. Being a good parent is not easy. We are faced with far too many other irresponsible people who think that feeding their own greed and lust is more important than what some kid thinks or sees. These selfish people don’t see how our society as a whole suffers from these irresponsible acts. They don’t care.

Our society has become saturated with sex and violence. Nobody can deny this. There are low-life adults who will force themselves onto children for their own gratification. I think the majority of people believe these individuals should be hung up by their privates. That there is no punishment strong enough for these individuals. Bleeding heart liberals will cry that they should be given another chance and for far too long we have given these ‘bottom feeders’ a another chance and another chance. All along while we have set back waiting to see if these second chances are having a positive effect on these predators, only to find out that nothing is working. These predators should be castrated and put away in a very special place where they will never have contact with children and therefore cannot perpetuate their disease. This is how you break this senseless cycle.

This cancer needs to be eradicated now. There are far too many in the position to do something about it who are too weak minded or just don’t have the stomach for it. Our laws should be toughest on these predators above all others. Politics, money, power should never enter into the equation toward the making of laws to punish these people severely.

I heard a line in a movie that went something like this: ‘You have to have a license to drive a car, to own a dog or get married, but any @#$*%^& can be a parent.” That is a powerful statement about how we as a society view ourselves. There are a lot of irresponsible people out there who are having kids. These irresponsible people raise irresponsible adults who procreate and raise more irresponsible adults, and the beat goes on.
